FAQ

We are located in a very convenient spot:

• 100 m – a 2-minute walk – to the nearest ski lift,
• 600 m – an 8-minute walk – to the Góra Parkowa cable car and the promenade,
• 600 m – a 7-minute walk – to the alpine coaster (sankostrada),
• 300 m – a 4-minute walk – to the ice hockey stadium,
• 600 m – a 7-minute walk – to Słotwiński Park.

The rental day lasts from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM (noon) the following day. You can check into your apartment between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-in outside these hours is possible by prior telephone arrangement and providing an estimated arrival time.

Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon). Check-out outside these hours is possible only if it does not conflict with other bookings and requires prior arrangement with the apartment manager.

In Krynica, especially during the peak season, finding a good parking spot can be very difficult. We provide our guests with an unmonitored, paid parking space within our property premises at a price of 10 PLN per day. 1 parking space per apartment. Need more? – ask us about availability for a date that suits you.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the entire property.

From Balice Airport, you can get to the Main Railway Station (Dworzec Główny) in Kraków, and from there, bus transport runs regularly to Krynica several times a day.
Ask the driver for the “Hawana” stop. You will get off just 40 meters from your apartment! You can also book a transfer with us from the airport in Kraków or Poprad. For 400 PLN, our friendly partner driver will take you right to the front door.

Out of concern for cleanliness and peace for all our guests, we have decided not to accept pets in our apartments.
It is best to leave your pet at home or in good hands for the duration of your stay.
